Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Transpuregistics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please:

  • Double-check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact your local post office or carrier

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, we recommend waiting an additional 48 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting us.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional costs incurred for re-shipping
