Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at ecomm@transpuregistics.com. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

If the return is not approved (e.g., damaged, used, or incomplete), the item will be returned to you at your expense.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ecomm@transpuregistics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), Transpuregistics will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
